Q1. Are you factory or trading company?
A We are group company with 1 trade company and 5 factories.
Q2. Is free sample available?
A Yes, we are happy to send free samples of some items for quality evaluation.Please contact us to get the sample application process.
Q3. What is your lead time?
A Stock: 5-15 days in general. No stock: 45-60 days after samples confirmed. Or please contact us by email for specific lead time base on your order quantities.
Q4. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end: 1)All raw material we used are non-toxic, environmental-friendly; 2) Skillful workers pay great attention to each details in handling the producing and packing processes; 3) We have a professional QA/QC team to ensure the quality.

A Yes, we accept both OEM and ODM for customers.
Q6. What are your terms of delivery?
A We can accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose one which is the most convenient for you.
Q7. What is the payment way?
